A computer is nothing but a machine that has the ability to perform mathematical operations very rapidly and very accurately, but it can do nothing without the aid of a program written by a human being.

          A computer program is a sequence or set of instructions that a computer can interpret and execute. The program is written in code, and must retranslated into a ‘machine language’ that the computer understands. This translation is performed by compilers, interpreters, and assemblers. The program tells the computer how to accept some type of input, manipulate that input, and give the output that is needed, without a program, a computer is quite useless to us.
